PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING WALK-THROUGH WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY

This project is for Phase II of the 2nd and 3rd floors of
the James E. Shepard Library. In this second phase, interior
design renovation, electrical & data, as well as
enhanced technology and services are included. The interior
design renovation includes much-needed creation of two
collaborative work spaces, replacement of carpeting, adding
power, data & painting. This upgrade shall include new
security card swipe systems at doors on first floor,
replacement door hardware, new security cameras / equipment
through-out the complex, new plumbing fixtures and restroom
accessories throughout. | |
