 Project Description One-Two Sentences
A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 30, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the UNC Construction Shops, Room 101, 975 Facilities Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. This project is to improve space utilization and to provide accessibility improvements throughout the South Building, including corrections to the exterior ramp, toilet rooms, drinking fountains and interior path of travel. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected designer may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
