Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The renovation of the Community Center building at Odum Village is necessary for the development of a new Student Veteran's Center on the UNC-CH campus. This project will renovate approximately 1,100 SF of the existing 1st floor Laundry Room for the Student Affairs Multi-Purpose Room which will be displaced by the Student Veteran's Center. A new elevator lift will need to be installed along with bathroom renovations to make the second floor ADA accessible. This project will require replacement of the existing HVAC systems and will include selective demolition which will require abatement for lead and asbestos.
