| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The construction of 195,100 (est.) gross square foot parking
deck expansion to include the following program components.
The expansion will add 627 parking spaces to the existing
Union Deck. The current expectation is to add a 4 bay 5
story structure on the West side of Union Deck.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at 2:00
p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016
Current project authorization is for advance planning. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
