| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project is comprised of two building renovations; G.R.
Little Library and Moore Hall.
G.R. Little Library: renovation of approximately 26,000 sf
of an existing two story, 50,000sf, concrete structure.
Moore Hall: a two story, 40,000sf, brick and mortar
historically significant academic building.
