 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Pre-Proposal Meeting: April 26, 2016 at 239 Jackson Circle in Chapel Hill at 10am, Odum Village. The demolition at Odum Village is necessary for future campus development. The two story buildings were constructed in the early 1960's and include three building types, four units, six units, and eight units. The (36) buildings are approximately 192,500 gsf and are used for coed undergraduate housing. Abatement for lead and asbestos will be required on all buildings, as well as roadway, parking lot, and underground utility removal. The demolition work is expected to be performed in phases to accommodate the continuous use of (6) other buildings for non-residential purposes in the vicinity.
