| Project Description | One-Two Sentences North Carolina State University is seeking firms to provide
limited term professional design services for small
renovations and new construction projects under $500K for
the following disciplines.
Please submit one copy of your proposal to the submittal
location per the information located at the bottom of each
discipline's briefing sheet. The total submittal,
including letter of interest, is limited to 26 sheets of
paper. Both sides of the sheet may be used for a total of 52
pages. Services solicited include (the number of firms to be
selected is shown in parentheses): Architectural (7);
Asbestos, Environmental, Hazardous Materials (4); Civil (4);
Commissioning (4); Electrical (5); Lab Design (3); Landscape
(3); Mechanical (5); Move Coordination (3); Roofing (3);
Structural (3); Surveying (4); Testing (4); and
