| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The scope of this project is to evaluate the electrical
deficiencies within the building (transformers, panels,
branch wiring, etc.) and prepare a detailed study that
defines the project scope, impact to the building's
occupants and the phased implementation of the work. The
designer will prepare a cost estimate for the total project,
including the development of the construction documents for
Phase I of the comprehensive electrical renovation. The
Foust Building was constructed in 1892 and is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places. The successful team
will include an architect that is experienced with this
project type and is sensitive to historic renovations. | |||||
