The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is soliciting submittals from qualified firms interested in providing services to develop the Transportation and Parking System's Five-Year Plan. It is anticipated that the scope of work includes 6 tasks: Data collection, review and update of guiding principles of 2011-2016 existing five-year plan, system evaluation, financial plan, outreach and communications, and implementation plan.
