 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The selected designer will perform advanced planning, design, and construction administration services for the up-fit of Carolina Performing Arts' new facilities at the 123 West Franklin Street mixed used development, Carolina Square (http://carolinasquarenc.com/). Located in Building C, the new facility will consist of two discrete spaces: 1. Black Box Theater (+/- 4,000 sf); 2. Rehearsal Studio (+/- 3,000 sf). UNC has engaged Theatre Consultants Collaborative as the theatre consultant for the project. Please contact Project Manager by email for complete Advertisement / Project Brief.
