One-Two Sentences
The Knapp Sanders Building has a history of distress and
moisture related problems in the existing masonry water
table around the perimeter of the building. This project
will address the existing masonry facade envelope
deficiencies at Knapp-Sanders as designed by SKA Consulting
Engineers, Inc. Of particular note, the construction
drawings for this project were completed by SKA Consulting
Engineers, Inc. in June 2014. The selected Designer will
implement the existing CDs through Bidding &
Construction. Need to contact Project Manager by email for
complete Advertisement / Project Brief.There is no
pre-proposal meeting for this project.
