| Project Description | One-Two Sentences North Carolina A&T State University is soliciting for
the services of a material testing company and Special
Inspections to perform the services for the construction of
the New Clock Tower. The project scope includes the
construction of a new iconic masonry and glass clock tower
with cast in place concrete footings, steel structural frame
and has an amplified electronically simulated carillon. The
foot print is approximately 144 sf (12'x12') and
84' in height. The tower is to be constructed on campus
