Project Description
One-Two Sentences
The project entails the design and contract documents for
the roof replacement of the existing Kenan Laboratories
Building and the UNC William & Ida Friday Center. The
Kenan Laboratories Building is located on campus off of
South Road and the Friday Center is located off campus at
100 Friday Center Drive. The construction delivery system
will be Single Prime and each building will bid as a
separate package to the contracting community. Repairs of
the existing or providing new fall protection and lightning
protection are included in the scope of work.
