Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals for the 1510 Walker Avenue Renovation project. The scope of this project is to renovate the existing 89,680 GSF Student Recreation Center which was constructed in 1992. Interior renovations will provide space for various academic programs to utilize after the Department of Campus Recreation vacates to occupy a new building in the fall of 2016. Modifications will be made for new classrooms, offices, and dance studios. Upgrades will be made to the existing HVAC and fire alarm systems in the building. Current funding authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
