| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Architectural upgrades in various levels (1000, 3000, 4000,
& 5000) of Colvard. The project will also include
mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to include,
but not limited to, air handling unit replacements, air
distribution throughout the facility, cooling tower
replacement, network cabling, switch gear replacement and
fire sprinkler system.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the University's option. | |||||
