We are seeking qualified CM@Risk candidates for the comprehensive renovation of Carver Hall. The building consists of 56,000 SF of offices, teaching /research laboratories. The scope of the work will be replacing of MEP, fire protection, and alleviating some structural issues in additional to facade work.
