| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will implement Phase 4 of the five-phase Greek
Village Master Plan. The Phase 4 project will build three
multi-residential buildings comprised of townhouses and
apartments, about 83,000 GSF, as well as prepare seven
additional house lots for individual organizations. The
townhouses will be three levels, designed for flexibility in
occupant counts. The apartment building is anticipated to be
four levels. The project includes associated site and
utility infrastructure to serve the new buildings and the
seven new building lots. | |||||
