Western Carolina University (WCU) is soliciting
qualifications for Construction Manager-at-Risk for
Preconstruction services of the new 1,000 space parking
structure located on the Main Campus in Cullowhee, North
Carolina. The project will consist of the construction of
three level cast-in-place concrete parking structure to
replace the surface parking area located at Forest Hills
Drive and Highway 107. It is expected that construction
will start the December of 2018 and an expedited completion
of construction August 17, 2019.
