| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project includes the abatement and selective demolition
of approximately 40,659 gross square feet (GSF) in West Hall
Residence building built in 1965. The project will remove
all existing utilities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and
asbestos/lead abatement, internal partitions, and selective
exterior masonry. The new renovation will include roofing,
elevator, all utilities, fire suppression and structural
upgrades to meet current Building Code, Energy Code and ADA
compliance requirements. The project will require approval
of design and construction by the State Construction
Office.
