| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project scope includes a new 130,000 GSF new structure
to be located at the corner of Dudley Street and East Market
Street. This facility will provide new lab and manufacturing
spaces, offices, teaching spaces and associated support
spaces. This project will demolish the existing 85,500 SF of
an existing building (YMCA) in its entirety. Building
accessibility, life safety codes, improved pedestrian
connections to all the campus paths will be addressed. Site
work will include some new parking, underground utility
relocation, storm water management, landscape development
and street improvements. The project will be planned and
designed as a LEED certified facility. | |||||
