| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project is for the construction of 120,000-150,000 gross
square foot STEM science facility to include the following
program components:
Offices & Administrative Areas
Research Labs
Graduate and Undergraduate Teaching Labs
Lecture Classrooms
Resource Rooms
Support Spaces
Core & Circulation
Additional components of the project include the replacement
of the existing steam plant with a new Regional Utility
Plant, including hot and chilled water piping replacement to
multiple campus buildings including the new Science
Building.
This project will include an Early Construction Package for
the Regional Utility Plant beginning construction in June
2017 and completing in June 2018. Construction for the
Science Building and the Data Center will commence in June
2018 and complete by June 2020. | |||||
