| Project Description | One-Two Sentences FSU is soliciting the services of a CM at Risk firm for the
Lyons Science Building Comprehensive Renovation project.
This renovation project will upgrade the 77,000SF science
facility at Fayetteville State University. This project
will address building deficiencies in the fire sprinkler and
fire alarm systems, exterior building envelope and roofing,
failing fume hoods, ADA non-compliance issues, hazardous
material storage, and aging mechanical, electrical and
plumbing equipment. It will also upgrade technology,
equipment and furnishings in the various science
departments, history and government, geology and GIS Lab as
well as re-purposing of space to meet current program needs,
create much needed faculty and staff offices as well as
general classroom space.
