transformer removed by Utility Provider), installing new
25kV cable from an existing switch, to a new switch, and to
new transformer through new ductbank and manholes.
Temporary power providing by contractor during switch over.
All site demolition, restoration, traffic control, E&SC
measures for ductbank installation by contractor.
