Bids for the AV Package will be opened on August 8, 2019 at 3:00PM. All bids will be received and opened publicly on the campus of UNCW at the Facilities Building, Conference room #01; 5150 Lion Fish Drive; Wilmington, NC 28403. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that are not pre-qualified. No facsimile or e-mail submissions will be accepted. Sealed bids are to be hand delivered to the bid opening location noted above. Sealed, mailed bids, can be delivered before 1:00 PM on the day of the bid at the address noted above. Owner/CM not responsible for ensuring bid delivery. On July 24, 2019 at 3:00PM a Preferred Alternates, HUB Outreach session & Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at on the campus of UNCW at the Facilities Building, Conference room #01; 5150 Lion Fish Drive; Wilmington, NC 28403.
