An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 8,
2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Popp Martin Student Union (#69 on
the campus map), Room 200 on the UNC Charlotte campus.
Parking is available in Union Deck or Cone Deck 1 & 2.
There will be an Outreach and Networking event immediately
following to allow 1st and potential 2nd Tier Subcontractors
the opportunity to meet. Minority and women-owned business
are encouraged to attend.
Bidders who will not attend the Bid Opening need to ensure
their sealed bids are delivered no later than 1:00 p.m. June
