campus of UNCSA in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The
renovation of over 27,800 square feet (constructed in 1986)
and involves significant reconfiguration and renovation of
theater, lobby, restroom and support spaces. Renovations
will include new finishes, replacement and expansion of
theatrical rigging, expansion of electrical systems to
support modern theatrical lighting, and repair and
replacement of HVAC systems. The project also includes site
modifications and a 1,200 square foot addition.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. All
proposals shall be lump sum. The following general
