SCOPE OF WORK: Clean all existing polyurethane track surfacing to receive new encapsulated track surface. Prime existing surface, cut out and patch all delaminated track surface with new full-depth polyurethane track surface. Replace all take-off board plugs, Clean out slot drain, Fill in depressions at east long jump runway and behind hammer/discus cage with two-component polyurethane and any other depressions. Apply polyurethane leveling layer of two-component polyurethane 5mm thick, color red. Apply Encapsulated Resilient wear layer, 3mm thick to all track and field events, color red. Apply VOC Compliant pigment coating and Layout and paint all lane lines and track events. The Start of this Project will take place April 2019, Contractor will have 90 days to complete this project by July 30 2019. Four firms have been pre-qualified and are identified as 1.Clark Companies 2.Field Turf, Inc. 3.Medallion Athletics Products, Inc. 4.Romeo Guest Associates, Inc.
