Sealant joint replacement within the facade and around windows, doors, and louvers; 2. Expansion joint replacement between the north and South towers at DH Hill Library; 3. Concrete crack injection and sealing at selected locations; 4. Concrete spall repairs at selected locations; 5. Masonry repointing and isolated brick replacement at limited locations; and, 6.
