accepting sealed bids from prequalified bidders at 3:00 PM
on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at NC State Administrative
Services III Building, Room 124, at 2701 Sullivan Drive,
Raleigh, NC 27606 and immediately opening and reading them
for the following bid packages:
03A Structural Concrete,
05A Structural Steel,
07A Below Grade Waterproofing,
14A Elevators,
23B Building Controls, and
32B Aggregate Piers.
The re-scheduled pre-bid meeting and project site visit
(originally scheduled for January 17, 2018) for this bid
package will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 24,
2018 at NC State Engineering Building II, Room 3002, at 890
Oval Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606.
All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this

II, Room 3002, at 890 Oval Drive, Raleigh, NC 27606. This
public meeting is being held in accordance with GS 133-3 to
review and address Owner Preferred Products for the
