Pre-bid/Preferred Alternates Meeting - 07/14/2022 - 3:45 pm - An open public meeting will be held on-site at conference room 141 Pinchbeck at Facilities Planning Design & Construction. The meeting will identify preferred brand alternates and performance standards pertinent to this project. Note relevant sections of the performance standards may be obtained by contacting the designer. Bid Opening Location : Facilities Pinchbeck Building Conference Room 141 One University Drive P.O. Box 1510 Pembroke, NC 28372 Sealed proposals will be received until 3pm on 07/28/2022 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. Proposals must be labeled Mary Livermore Library Special Collections and delivered to the attention of Amanda Spayd, Business Officer at Pinchbeck Facilities Planning Design & Construction, One University Drive, Pembroke North Carolina, 28372. Bids will be opened and read aloud following the receipt deadline in Pinchbeck Conference Room 141. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure receipt of its proposal.
