| Bid Location | A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will be held for all interested
bidders on July 16th at 10:30 AM at NC Central University,
James E. Shepard Memorial Library, Main Lobby, 1801
Fayetteville Street Durham, NC 27707. The meeting will
address project specific questions, issues, bidding
procedures and bid forms. At this meeting we will answer
questions and provide clarifications.
Sealed proposals will be received by the North Carolina
Central University Capital Projects Management in Durham NC,
in the office of Tim Williams, Hubbard-Totton Building,
Room# 113-A, 1801 Fayetteville Street, Durham, North
Carolina 27707 up to 3:00pm July 29th. 2019, and immediately
thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of
labor, material and equipment entering into the
