| Project Description | One-Two Sentences ECSU is seeking a Design-Build Team to construct a new
Chancellor's Residence. This project will be time
sensitive and will entail working directly with the
Chancellor and her Administrative Staff. A high level of
professionalism, expertise and guidance will be required to
keep the project in budget and on schedule.
Project scope includes constructing a new Chancellor's
Residence of approximately 6,000sqft to accommodate the
current and future Chancellor's of ECSU. The home must
consist of private quarters for the Chancellor and their
family, office space, butler space, kitchen, living room,
sitting room, entertainment space, flex space, 3 car garage,
and an additional master suite for guests. | |||||
