Future Construction Manager-at-Risk Opportunities
The projects listed below are potential projects for application of the Construction Manager-at-Risk construction model. The decision to use this model will rest with each individual institution. The passage of Senate Bill 914 will change the selection process as it was applied prior to 1/1/02, with the Secretary of Administration to adopt rules for implementation of the bill's provisions. The legislation requires selection on the "basis of demonstrated competence and qualification for the type of professional services required without regard to fee …. and thereafter to negotiate a contract…." Rules regarding the selection process will be posted as they become available.
