UNC General Administration Staff Forum

We, the Staff Forum of the University of North Carolina General Administration, in cooperation and concert with the President and the Board of Governors, serve to address constructively the concerns and interests of all General Administration staff.

Our goal is to improve communications, understanding, and morale throughout General Administration and to increase efficiency and productivity in operations.

The Staff Forum will accomplish this goal by

  • fostering constant, open communication between administrators and staff;
  • providing opportunities for staff to speak out on issues of concern or interest and encouraging their participation in developing considered, informed recommendations on such concerns and in advocating appropriate recommendations to administrators and staff; and
  • supporting the teaching, research, and public service missions of the University.

All Staff Forum meetings convene at 1 p.m., in the Spangler Center (and usually adjourn by 3 p.m.)
