Mr. Harrison is Associate Vice President for Legal Affairs for the sixteen-campus University of North Carolina. His primary duties are to provide legal advice and assistance concerning intellectual property, information technology, research regulations, technology transfer, purchasing, and finance related issues. He also serves as counsel for the North Carolina Arboretum, the University of North Carolina Press, and the Umstead Panel.

Mr. Shanahan serves Associate Vice President for Legal Affairs for the University of North Carolina. He provides legal advice and counsel primarily in the areas of employment and benefits law to senior management at General Administration and throughout UNC's campuses. Before joining the University, Mr. Shanahan spent 10 years with the U.S. Department of Labor where his legal background included trial litigation and legal advice concerning employee benefits law, defensive labor and employment matters, ethics, and administrative law.

Mr. Skinner serves as in-house counsel for the North Carolina Center for Public Television (UNC-TV). His primary duties are to provide comprehensive legal and policy advice to UNC-TV’s management team in all aspects of operations including production and programming, human resources, development, administration, engineering, information technology, and communications and marketing. He also counsels management on matters concerning intellectual property and media law issues including copyright and trademark protection, defamation, fair use, political broadcasting, and programming content.

Mr. Delafield serves as Chief Legal Counsel for the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics (NCSSM). As NCSSM's chief legal officer, Mr. Delafield provides advice to the Chancellor and the Chancellor's management team on a full range of legal and policy issues. He also works with the Office of Legal Affairs at UNC General Administration and primarily advises on matters related to student affairs and campus safety. Before joining the University system, Mr. Delafield worked in private practice representing and advising boards of education across North Carolina.

A member of the North Carolina State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Bridget Bishop received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia. After law school, Bridget was a law clerk for the Honorable Linda McGee on the North Carolina Court of Appeals and thereafter worked in private practice focusing on immigration law before joining the University of North Carolina General Administration.
