The Legal Affairs Division of UNC General Administration is headed by Vice President and General Counsel, Laura Bernstein Fjeld. The unit provides legal advice and services to the Board of Governors, the President, the senior officers of the General Administration, affiliated entities, and the legal counsel of the UNC constituent institutions.
