Administrator Elton Daniels is busy at-work in Leland

Elton Daniels loves small towns. A native of Leland, he jumped at the chance to become administrator for Bolton, Navassa and Northwest when he finished graduate school.

“It’s very satisfying to be able to provide the professional assistance small towns need these days,” he said. “It’s not like it was years ago. He has a master’s degree in public administration from UNC Chapel Hill, and also attended UNC Wilmington and graduated from Furman University in South Carolina.
