Prequalification proposals from Single Prime General Contractors for the construction of the Renovations to the School of Dentistry, the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC. General Contractors that apply shall be licensed contractors in the state of North Carolina. This project will include the renovation of approximately 4800 SF located in Brauer Hall and Old Dental at the UNC at Chapel Hill Dental School. Work will be completed on an ambitious schedule in an occupied health care facility. The scope of work includes demolition, new flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Estimated contract cost is $1,250,000.
