Affairs, Career Services and Counseling and Testing. The
work includes removal of walls, doors and frames; new
openings in load-bearing walls, new partitions, doors and
frames, acoustical ceiling tile and finishes and
modifications to plumbing, mechanical and electrical
systems. Exterior work includes repair and reglazing of
roof monitors, storefront installation and an entrance
vestibule addition. The Owner will provide furniture for
operation of the facility. Construction will be in
compliance with the North Carolina Building Code 2012
Edition.
