The project is for the design services to complete the 2nd floor renovations of the Kennedy Building. The second floor consists of approximately 15,000 square feet and will be renovated for collaborative learning spaces. The project design will require exterior ADA access improvements for the facility and a new emergency generator. Current project funding authority is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting held at 11 am on Tuesday, March 19, 2013. The meeting will take place in Room 113 in Cone University Center (#5 on the campus map http://facilities.uncc.edu/design-services/campus-maps/campus-maps).
