| Project Description | : | One-Two Sentences Design for window and masonry flashing repairs or
replacement, window replacement, selective tuck pointing of
masonry, repairs to an interior roof drain gutter system,
and minor repairs to the interior of the facility. A
previous building envelope assessment has been conducted
and identifies areas in need of repairs. An electronic copy
of the study may be obtained from ECU.
Interested firms should submit six (6) copies of an SF 330,
a portfolio of relevant experience in exterior building
envelope repairs and a letter of interest.

Current project authorization is for advanced planning
only. The selected firm may be retained through full
design and construction at the University's option.
