This project will evaluate energy usage and identify Energy Conservation Measures for nine campus buildings. The project will require a professional team led by an engineering firm capable of performing energy audits and design to include connection of selected buildings to the campus central utilities and ECMs related to lighting, controls, water conservation, building envelope, HVAC systems, fume hoods, and electrical systems. The project will start with an initial study. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
