The scope of this project is to provide advanced planning for the North Practice Field Renovation project. The work includes reconstructing the field with a new natural surface, adding or improving the field drainage system, expanding the irrigation system, replacing fencing and gating, adding field lighting and water reclamation systems and other field repairs as needed. Responses should be no more than 30 sheets of paper (double sided), excluding SF 330 form. Submit one (1) copy of the response in the following format: Tab 1: Completed Information Sheet; Tab 2: Letter of Interest (Cover Letter); Tab 3: Project Team Organization Chart (Identify members and work scope); Tab 4: Similar Project Experience (primary designer and consultants); Tab 5: Minority Business Participation Plan; Tab 6: Current SF 330. On your completed Information Sheet, PLEASE INCLUDE A PRIMARY CONTACT PERSON'S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS which will be used by the University for all future communications. Current project authorization is for advanced planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option.
