Annual Service Agreements (for small projects <$500,000 on an as needed basis for a one year period) in the following disciplines: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental (including Asbestos Abatement), Fire Protection, Mechanical Engineering, Roofing Design, Structural Engineering, Surveying, and Test, Adjust & Balance (TAB). UNCA will choose up to three firms for each discipline. Please include three (3) copies of submittal per discipline. Separate submittals are required if submitting on multiple disciplines. Along with your Letter of Interest, please submit a current SF-254 form and an Information Sheet, which are located on the URL above. Please limit submittal to ten (10) pages (front & back).
