| Project Description | : | One-Two Sentences Renovation involving significant upgrades to the building
HVAC & pool ventilation/dehumidification
system, air distribution replacement or modifications, as
well as improving teaching/faculty spaces, existing roof,
swimming pool area and accessibility of the 124,000sf 5
floor building constructed in 1970.
MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:30PM,
