five (5) overhead traction elevators including upgrades and
repairs of the running gear, motors and controls for
improved service and reliability, modifications to meet ADA
accessibility requirements, and upgrades to the elevator cab
interior finishes. The electrical services to the elevator
equipment will be upgraded to meet the requirements of the
rehabilitation. Work will be performed under a Single Prime
Contract.
