Plan Deposit is $100. Plans and specifications are also available for review at the ECSU Design & Construction Office in Dixon Hall, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m An open Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Conference Room in Griffin Hall, Viking Drive, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 21, 2013. Interested vendors and bidders are also invited to attend an open meeting to identify preferred brand alternates that the Owner will consider for approval on the project. The proposed preferred brand alternate G-2 for door hardware are the following manufacturer's products: locks to be by Corbin Russwin; exit devices and power supply to be by Von Duprin; door closers to be by LCN; power operators to be by LCN.
