Please advise new permanent employees to review the welcome letter received from the Human Resources Division and log on to the online orientation program, using the website address and password provided in the letter.

Provide a copy of  Websites and Numbers to Remember form to each newcomer.  Form includes frequently used web pages and phone numbers. 


Be sure managers are completing the Manager/Supervisor: New Employee Checklist.
