Hotel Reservations: By May 12th, participants attending the Quarterly Meeting will need to make hotel reservations at The Aloft Hotel Chapel Hill. To participate in this discounted rate, participants must book their rooms by making their reservations online (click here). Please note that participants will need to book hotel rooms using a personal credit card. However, hotel costs for the evening of Tuesday, May 21st will be transferred to the GEAR UP NC state office after their stay, and only extra charges and no-show cancellation fees would be billed to the individual.
What to Bring: Your laptop (some content will only be provided in an electronic format) and any additional planning materials to assist you as you create your work plan and budget.
