UNC - MARSOC Partnership

On February 24, 2010, MajGen Paul Lefebvre of the Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and President Erskine Bowles signed a partnership agreement to pursue mutual priorities in support of MARSOC and UNC missions.

UNC and MARSOC collaborate on a variety of mutual interests including:

  • language and culture skills development 
  • construction engineering and management
  • human performance and resiliency
  • specialized undergraduate and graduate degree tracks for MARSOC Marines
